Trending @Accenture; Promotion and Hike

I’ve seen mixed info about promotion & hike cycles - some say April, others June, September, or even December. 🤔 I know there are usually 2 cycles, but can anyone confirm which months they actually fall in?

Major cycles are dec and June . Some time in exception or default cases they also consider march and September. Like this time they have given in September . So please consider December and June as major one
