Trending @Accenture; Promotion after PIP?
I was put into a PIP program by my manager even though I am a critical resource in the project which they have cleared now. I am in level 11. Will they promote me as I have completed 2 years with Accenture and my overall experience is 4+ years Or will they deny by giving this PIP as reason?
Clear PIP and leave company... that's your best option
Once you’re in PIP, only a miracle can get you promoted..
Even if your project supports your promotion, the talent lead responsible for the promotion decision, might reject your case.
With the recent Q2 financial report, even this year's hikes & promotions would be minimal.
Straight Reject. Maybe in next cycle they can build a case that you came through after IP; but that is if you choose to stay, and have a very good outcome.
