Hi Accenture folks , Does it happen that client is giving billing to Accenture of a higher role on which we are yet to be promoted at Accenture side. I checked that the billing given by my client to Accenture is that of TL role for past 1.2 year. Also i am doing TL level work at client side but still at Cl10 in Accenture since last 1.2 year.Has Accenture kept hold on my promotion? While client is giving the billing for it.
