I joined Accenture in Feb'2022 at CL 11 and currently have 6 years of total experience.
Can someone explain me the promotion process? What are the things need to be completed/achieved before reaching out to management for the promotion?

You should have got promotion by now. 24 months is more than enough. Ideally with your work exp. you should have been level 9 by now. Your people lead not having transparency is a BIG LIE. He decided your promotion, Something not right in your project. Talk to him and tell him whats not working and why are you denied of promotion ?
