I just heard that promotion is stopped in December cycle and they are saying in next year June people will get and mostly very less hike same reason cycle is change to June..I am really sick of this shit .... If cycle was June then why in June 2024 they didn't gave hike or promotion...

Yeah, it's frustrating when promotions get delayed. Sometimes, the cycle changes, but the hikes don't match expectations. Hang in there!
