What's the hike percent received for promotion to L9? Seems we have received very less hike for promotion so far!! I got 11.8, is it really fair enough as earlier we used to get 25% for promotion!

I got that much hike without promotion at level 10, this is complete scam, what is use of this promotion? Last year my colleague got 29% for same level switch
