The Workday hack turned out to be true in my case as for many others. I finally got call from my team lead and announced that I'm promoted to the next level as an SSE. A decent hike and I'm happy for it. Although I had plans of quitting Accenture by this year end, I might extend my plans by another 6 months now.

What hack?
That doesn't work anymore for anyone as they found out the bug and corrected it.
It worked only for a couple of days and I had checked around the same time.
There was a way to find out if we get promoted for June 1st or not through Workday by choosing date as June 1st and see if the job role changes from your current level to next level or not.
