I got the promotion confirmation and updated on rewards portal today.

Was having base pay as 6.25 17.5% increase Close to 7.4

Is this too less with 4 YOE? How much will be my inhand salary? I think i need a switch

Yes my senior friend after switching he got 14lpa that is far more than what you have and some got 10 ,22 as well

Yeah, same, got promoted with 18%, ctc 7.6, 4 yoe.... But that's too low, most of my friends are in 15-20 now.... Switch is the only option
