The big **** of all is the project selection process here... Half of the projects are looking for a resource since their go-live is a couple of months requiring additionally skillset to be developed overnight.... And the other half are still deciding if they want you.... In between all this the DU leads will not allow you to go any other DU for any other project... To top it off your bench manager will say we cannot keep you on bench for long and also you will only be LOANED not hardlock which will in turn lead to no promotions and not appreciation from the project you will be working under....

How can someone work like this?????
