Trending @Accenture; Project Roll-Off Steps & Suggestions?
I want to roll off from a project, amazing coworkers but the vendor is just the worst anyone can imagine. What reasons should i give so that they can be convinced? What are the steps involved in rolling off and can anyone suggest what I should do next? Should i just be on the bench or switch ?
There is two option :

Move to another project by applying in the career market place with written communication email with your supervisor they need to approve your request once you joined in another project you will receive rolloff notifications

Ask your supervisor to move you in a talent pool / bench and after leaving your current project you will receive rolloff notifications
Even I need suggestion on this question, I got project in worst skill, i need put low effort I'm not learning anything, is it possible to roll-off , look for projects in another tech which I have no work experience but i done some personal projects.
