No need 6 months is enough to ask for roll off if your career level is above 11

In some projects, those who ask release are put in PIP and given RO.

If you are p4 or p5 and tagged under a specialist role,you can get roll off in every 6 months, else 18 months. But the most important word in the above sentence is CAN. Not will

18 months is standard rule if an employee wants to take roll off. Project can roll off earlier also.

So if you want and project doesn’t want to roll off then you can’t force them before 18 months
