Trending @Accenture; Project Roll off

I'm at Level 11 and completely new to SAP,currently in a project where only a team lead is provided and he is already on 3 other projects and he is scared to handle client calls and eventually all the burden is on me. I have already informed my manager about the work pressure and also about my inexperience but I was always told that things will eventually turn out to be fine. It has taken a toll on my mental health. What do I do?
