Is that right time to get release from project and focus on certification to value add my profile. Will firing happening to bench resources are real?
I am certified and have good knowledge of my domain. But for me after release also it tool literally 2 months to get new project and in bench connects there were 900 people all the time. Also my project kept me in “available for staffing 2 months before project end. So it took 4 months in finding new project. Even bench poc said demands are very low. First i think find a new project to take you then ask for release.
exactly for me I am in Sap abap and I am in bemch for almost 2 months now? do I need to do something?
Yes no firing nothing! If you really sound at tech, no one can sack you
Pls Don’t believe in any type of misleading information. I asked for roll off from the last project and After rolled off with in a week I got new Project. No certification will help if you din not passing the requirement of the project and client.
Yes, firing is going on. It’s good to be in project until June cycle
If you are technically sound and honest with yourself you will get projects in a week .
Even I asked for roll off from my current project. It's a kind of risk only but let's see
