What is the process of getting release from project after discussing with Manager. What is the role of HR here? Please share if you have any info..

Hey , no role of HR here just ask your manager to release if he agrees he or pmo will set your roll off date in smart tool and you will be released.

roll off date gets set one week prior in the tool so you need to take roll off date over email after taking follow up with your higher management and PMO

What do they get if they delay Roll off like this..I will lose new project if they dont give roll off. Why cant they understand it..
