Hola I am a Level 12 Employee recently i got the project and my project role is Data Engineer But currently they are just solving CRF’s means incidents now my doubt is will this only be the work for me or will they drive me into Data and AI field
Don’t let them to push you into a support role. If they are not listening then upskill and move out of the company

Similar thing happened to they gave me manual testing role after training me in Java, I was upskilling myself to switch but the work hours got extending and reached 10 and then 11 hrs , I was not getting time to upskill myself so I resigned serving notice period but still getting work assigned, just surviving, Accenture is having around 85% of toxic projects requiring you to put in extra hours but when asked for hikes , treated like shit
