Trending @Accenture; Project Manager asked for Details.

Hi All, My project manager asked me the details like when I joined Accenture, when my training got completed and Proficiency in Primary skill and any other certifications or training in April 1st week. I am ASE(lvl 12). Any idea why they asked this from me?
