Trending @Accenture; Project is ignoring me

I am working in Accenture for last 3.5 years. I have started as ASE and I got promoted in dec 2022 with hike percentage of 25. And after that i haven't got any increment or promotion till now. And even the variable pay I am getting for the last 2-3 years is 6-7.5 percent only.

I am performing well in my project, I am doing work equivalent to senior level in my team and I have done certification in AWS, Snowflake and in my primary skill. manager and top level don't know anything about what we are working on, they rarely connect with us. So we mostly work directly with the clients. I am not sure how they are calculating this variable pay and increments, because it doesn't add up.

I am searching for the job, but due to the notice period I am not getting any calls. In December there might be a chance of promotion, or hike. But I don't like to work as my work is not recognised.

What should I do, how you people are getting offers from other companies. What should I have to get a job in other companies, should I ask for a release or should I continue(as there is a chance of promotion in December)
