Currently working in a project which will end in aug 1st 2025 , I have been getting multiple calls for other projects , but my current project lead and manager are not allowing me to get hardlock to other projects . This has been so painful , and I have also informed other project lead that I can join the project immediately, why is there so much confusion if they have to let go a resource ? What should I do ?

Bruh, do you have any openings in your project for freshers, or do you know of any? If yes, could you please share them?
I joined in November 2024 and was trained in the MEAN stack. Currently in itp. I’m also interested in pursuing cybersecurity. I’m flexible and open to upskilling and learning new technologies.
