Trending @Accenture; Project expectations

I have joined Accenture on 30 sep completed my stream training on 18 Dec in SAP ABAP got result 8th Jan and I have been on bench from last 1.5 month on Friday I got call for support role which I am not interested and after that no call nothing

Many people who failed and got RT in their stream training already got project and working on it

Nov and Jan joined people got project

We can’t even apply to role as it depend 1-2 year of experience or stay in company for 6 month as a fresher but many of my friend got project without all these things

What have we done wrong that we’re not getting project call even though i am sap abap stream senior told us mostly project came for sap abap stream but i have been waiting since 1.5 month

Even we try to reach some poc or hr of project they didn’t repond not even seen our message

How can they suppose us work and responsive team in Accenture and giving moto to reinvent together monologue
