I have been trained in SAP and have been on the bench since February. Should I contact someone to get a project. How long does it take for someone to get in a project.

It depends on skill demand.. generally freshers stay on the bench for 2-3 months post training (even as long as 6-8 months). I would suggest you to keep in touch with RMG regularly and prepare for project interviews.
