Trending @Accenture; Project change

I got directly hardlocked to project 1 month back, they said it is development project in salesforce domain later they put me in L1 support for which I said I am not ok with them they gave soft lock .... After which I got offer for development role that is challenged lock mail.... But then current project said they also have dev role and u will work here only... And said it is L3 support but from few days they are give L1 bugs.. How should I ask for roll off?
