Do Accenture have projects in up coming months in Aug or sep
I’m on entry level pool for more than 1 month I got call for project but they can’t take me as I’m locked in entry level pool
I almost completing 1 year Accenture in sep will Accenture termination if I don’t have project central team isn’t responding I lost project because when I got call project they’ve put in again in entry level pool from bench
Even I reach out to people they said you’re fresher we can’t take u if I didn’t joined any project how can I get project experience

Please anyone can help me please help I can’t even settle anywhere I stuck in pg for more than 8 months just simply coming in office for nothing
One thing I have noticed many level 12 having P3 not sure how all fresher are able to achieve this...last week only I was interviewing and shortlisting java resource,all was P3 😊

You have good skills P3+ is good. Network, go to office if you don't already, if you're go more than once a week.
Networking is the only way to survive in Accenture, id people know you then only you'll get projects.
L12 and L 11 requirement is less now.
I am ready to do in any tech but they’re just not want us to work and if I reach out to someone just ask what u do in last 6 month what ans I should give I have completed my training 6 months ago and waiting for project call
Dont ping in teams.you must keep on sending mails. Keep their managers also in cc.
