It’s already been 1.5 month since i completed my stream training in SAP ABAP many of my batch mate got project but I didn’t and 2nd Jan joiner got project within a week of joining and even they have given exam at home and also RT people also got project instead of us here we came office daily for meeting n all and I have given all exam Mcq and handon at office I don’t why aren’t we getting project calls

Could someone clarify when Accenture will give project to us of SEP 30 joiner and July and Aug batch joiner also waiting but they given preference to January joiner I don’t know why
