I have just joined 2 days ago. Can anyone briefly explain how project allocation happens in Accenture.

For freshers they are assigned a stream for Training and mostly project allocation takes place on that basis. No idea about lateral hires.

I have joined accenture as a fresher through SFDC program this August 2024…now I’m on bench now they have some courses to choose Like 5days training…do you know what might be the next process !!

Hi! Will they assign a project directly right after training ? I’m a fresher joined as an AEH at CL 11, just finished our training too. Getting a few calls but everyone’s expecting some experience.
