I was asked for my proficiency level in the first week of April, and at that time it was P1. After receiving feedback that this could impact my promotion, I worked on it and achieved P3 on April 25 and the same day i have updated to my lead Could my updated proficiency level be considered now? Pls reponse

For me I had already had p3 but it expired in july, just after a week I again gave assessment and got p3. But I was told they took data when it was showing expired. I am not sure about your case, but for me, I though that a plain excuse to not give me promotion.
