Trending @Accenture; Problem with my lead

Initially my lead was good to me. Over the time I got good hold on my project and become a core member of the team, also got significant recognition from everyone. But now my lead is opposite, giving me senseless works, scolding for silly matters, trying to demotivate me and so on.. Im thinking to esculate it. Can you guys give me some hand here on what to do!!!
