Trending @Accenture; Problem in sign in to accenture laptop

I was not able to sign in to accenture laptop when I fill pin it says " Your credentials not verified " I also make temporary password and try to login but that also not work

I also create a password for my account but still it shows like " We can't sign in with this credentials beacuse your domain is not available "

What should I do I am at my home and my base location is too far from my home and I work in a project which assume we are working from office

Please suggest something.

Is there any accenture office nearby Where you Live??? If yes then just visit the office ask at the reception for tech team and get it fixed there.. probably it requires a reimage

Can i do it by self as nearest office also too far it take 7-8 hr to reach

Get in touch with IT, they will sent you password reset Link with temporary password. After that you login to laptop and reset your pin.

How I can generate ticket means on which platform

raise a ticket through mytechhelp bot on team with your mobile. you can also try to call the accenture IT helpline.

Same issue I faced ...call tech number ...ask ur teammates to ask tech number from dipa and ask them to send u ...tech team will help

Only solution is to visit office and login in office network. I faced same issue few months back when domain was logged out. I visited office and laptop automatically connects with office network then abled to login . Not faced same issue again. If still issue persists techteam suggests to reimage the system.
