Today my probation period ended and I have doubt whether my sublevel will be changed or not? I joined in may at CL 11 (11.3) Usually people get hike in compensation after sublevel movement?

Probation ending doesn't guarantee a sublevel change. Hikes usually come with sublevel movements, but it's not a huge jump, more like a small boost.
