Asking for a friend. Why are they extending his probation period, stating that he will be completing one year and his performance was below average?
He got 'shadow-locked' to a project recently. Should he be concerned?

Ask him to search for another job. 1 year exp if he learnt something he can switch 30 days notice period only. as for this case accenture cant be trusted.
