Trending @Accenture; Probation confirmation and notice period.

My 1 year at Accenture is going to complete on 20 Aug I wanted to resign before that to avail my 1 month notice period instead of 3 months. When I spoke to my PL they say that they have already confirmed my probation and hence now I will have to serve 3 months of notice period. But my terms of employment clearly says that I need to serve a 365 days notice period for career level 12. What can I do.

You should have resigned before you were confirmed, now officially notice period is 3 months.

Yeah but I did not know that there's something like that too I thought it was a standard 365 days notice period for everybody

No no, you can leave after a month even, if you haven't received any joining bonus. If you have then you have to forget about it and give it back

Just go to ast.accenture.com and check your Notice period in Exit Option. Mostly it will be 30 days before 1 year and will show your Estimated Last Working day.

It shows 90 days
