Trending @Accenture; Probably going to resign, can they put me in PIP or any other bad thing
My team’s mgmt is shit, they are generally good but if anything appears bad to them they behave like hell.
If I put my papers can they put me in PIP?? as I want a smooth exit without any hassle.
Previously people who have asked for release or said bad about mgmt they have take harsh action possible from their side.
Any opinions 🙏
Usually, if there's pressure from upper management, resignation candidates are sometimes placed under PIP just to meet the PIP quota, similar to how promotions are budgeted. It's like being made the scapegoat. But honestly, at this point, I don't think you'll be put on a PIP, since it typically happens closer to the performance cycle closure, those kind of candidates.

also what is process for exit , shall i mail first or shall i submit resignation in support portal first
No one can do anything on your decision, there are many our there to replace each one of us, so just get your shit together and move forward
Even if you are put in PIP, there will be no impact on your Fimal Settlement
