I asked my previous project supervisor multiple times to share feedback before deadline..I reach out and sent innumerable reminder messages and mails to share my feedback.
But he just said me okay or yes and then he didn't shared any feedback.
Due to this will it impact on my upcoming talent discussion cycle? Or my salary hike??

From what I know so far, everything is default here

Not much bro, it does not matter, only matter when your manager present you in discussion call, how good they present you that matters only, where they keep 1,2 ranking based on mangers pitch to their employees , and then it goes to DU, and based on seat availability they give promotion and distinct achiever to 1 and 2 and rest comes in category of continue to grow
