Trending @Accenture; Premature Roll-off

I am an ASE(CL-12), I was shadow locked to a project before and now hardlocked. They put me on project bench as there are no active roles. I requested for a roll-off as I want to explore other opportunities.

Got a premature roll-off and my lock ends in August. Will this be an issue later? Also I am trying to get into my friends project as they are looking for ASE’s but they want me to be on bench so they can lock me.

I am in a messedup situation and want advice on what to do.
