Once a fairly reputable company in terms of compensation, we’ve been experiencing a downward trend for the past four years, especially since the last leadership took over ( you know who!!) .
Today, the hike and variable pay were announced. The so-called 'Top Performers' were rewarded well, while the rest received hikes between 0-7%, after a year of no hikes in FY23. If we look at the traits of HiPos, it seems those with a good rapport with decision-makers are in slightly safer hands. But what about rest 70% ???
I sincerely feel for those who didn’t receive a hike this year, myself included. It’s a clear message to find a new place to call home. Being part of the 'Data & AI' in consulting feels shameful, like being part of a backend team that lacks value and moral standing.
To anyone considering joining this company, I’d advise against it for the next few years. Better to find another firm than to face disappointment after joining.

Bro, couldn't sleep last night was expecting promotion from past two years...Idk what to say...head hurts alot...Cannot even display the feelings to parents or partner...

I echo you. Feeling so worthless after doing lot of hard work this year in anticipation of some hike as last year was also 0. I think we all will move on from this situation in coming days...

Agree with you. I am one of the top performer in my project ( Not Just So-called TBH), I was assured for ACE award previously and didn't got it because of so called budget issue😑. Later I was promised promotion to Level 10 and now I only got 5% hike and 5% variable pay. Seriously, just 5% after waiting for 2 years!!! My variable pay amount is even lesser than level 12 resouces in my project. Other resources who were also performing good were promised hike, they didn't got any hike. Shame on Accenture Management. Indian employees are always humiliated in Accenture.

Being in data and ai only help the project we work as a loaned resource when we ask the project manager he suggest check with capability when we ask capability they say it's project performance..in terms of data and ai is concerned only giving training every months in either of technology..

Hi, I joined the company 5 months ago, Could anyone tell me, what the procedure for the reward discussion is , like do we need to connect with people lead or they will schedule a call to discuss..? , One more Where we can see, Our rewards and performance...?

Bro, I'm not sure from where you got the info about top performers but what I know is that everyone is in the same boat....I am the top performer & delivered 3 client projects last year but got 4% hike & 10% VP (less than last year)

I understand. Since I lead the team and part of reward discussion with other peer managers, in my group top 20% have got hike in the range of 7-12% (around 4) in consulting. Although the team members has been highly disappointed. Our team could be exception after reading the comments

There is nothing called home at IT. You have to keep moving if your aren't happy about work or salary
