Trending @Accenture; Post no 2 : Does Accenture pay Variable when on bench for a fresher? Or is it only for people in project?

Do you have any idea regarding how much percentage it will be of the 50% they mentioned. In my case they mentioned total 33k vp for one year. So 16.5k every 6 months. How much will I get out of 16.5k?

Okay just to clarify, No one gets a full VP here. Most of the time you get 10-15% of the VP they mentioned in the CTC. You can also expect 50% sometimes.

Also, they give you more VP in November compared to May. It's been a constant trend till now and I doubt it'll change.

If you have a base pay above 6, then you might get 12-16K even if you are on the bench. A colleague of mine got only 7.6K and their base was around 4L.

One person here said he got vp even on bench in May 24. He mentioned some amount too which matches with my calculations too
