
Trending @Accenture; Poor response from Vidal TPA
Does anybody know where I can raise an issue about poor response from Vidal? It's been 20 days since my reimbursement documents were delivered to the Vidal helpdesk but yet I have not received any acknowledgement and I have called them already 3 times and raised a query on their portal too. Is there anyway I can escalate it to the Accenture helpdesk.

I got claim before them receiving the documents. Just uploaded all the bills and documents and within 3 days of accepting i got money in the bank.

I asked them if I can submit the documents online they keep telling me that for Accenture you will have to send the original documents via courier. I was not aware we can upload the documents too. Thanks👍🏻

I involved someone from accenture maybe HR , they asked vidal to provide steps for making claim, i followed , it was a lengthy process to separate bills based on different categories. Once submitted vidal responded with the accepted amount along with deductions and asked me send the original documents by post.
