Trending @Accenture; Poor reputation among the organisations

Accenture employees are facing issue both inside and outside of Accenture. Within the company people are not getting their long due promotions and appraisals are just for name sake. Outside Accenture, when sitting for negotiations with other company HRs, Accenture employees are being made fun of and are getting bare minimum hike as they know that Accenture is not trying to retain and employees are desperate to get any offers outside.

Very poor situation for employees at Accenture, no leverage even after performing well in interviews.
