Trending @Accenture; Please suggest if i should switch Or wait.
I joined Accenture in 2021 at l10 and got promoted in 2022 June to l9 with 30%. After that dint get any increment in salary(only 3% once ) like most of my project colleagues. Now i got an offer with 30% hike but my managers are asking me to stay back,though they won't give me any promotion or increment in June cycle asnit is already locked ( that's what they are saying) but they are assuring me that they will match my offer in two cycles ( major % in dec cycle and remaining June 2025 cycle. Also ,they don't want to give anything in writing and want me to trust them. What should I do ,trust them and stay back or switch with 30% hike. I have total 9yeo and the new organisation is an Indian mnc. Plus I have a good repo here in Accenture and a good work life balance.
Please do not trust the supervisor or manager who soever said that

They promised me the same way and I stayed now more than 10 months no information on my hike/promotion post that
They will say all bull shit things to escape they won't give
Ohh! That's bad ...i will switch for sure ,because here I only have work life balance but nothing else in the name of the package
I think you are lateral joinee that's why you have work life balance and satisfied with CTC In house employees they don't care at all
Actually I have a one year old baby ,and the new company currently is giving a hybrid but after 6months or one year they will call me to Bangalore which is not possible for me. Also ,Accenture is working in a general shift and the new org is working in the evening shift. In Accenture my work location is Noida and they also offered me hybrid as part of counter offer.That's why I am confused
Please put paper and get counter offer you will get 20% hike on offered package
I have already sent an email,on that only they are asking me to stay and wait till dec. Shall I go ahead and enter the exit portal as well ,will they give a counter offer ? Or are you talking about a counter from another organisation ?
Don't stay In accenture you will get offer from another organisation
