I got first soft lock mail for Nomura project on 25th October, later they gave training on Scala programming for 4 days, then I passed the assessment, again I got same future soft lock mail on 5th November and 22nd November and 27th Dec also. In between these days, they took Client interview and also we have asked to select one topic and make ppt and explain that topic. After client interview, I got selected and they took signed BGC documents from me (PICS form, form-L, consent form and all). Then there was onboarding process guide meeting where they discussed about the onboarding process and client rules regulations. Then they said they will provide the onboarding date on mail. So was waiting for mail and meanwhile was using the code provided by them for myte submission. In feb first fortnight the code was showing unauthorised so I contacted PMO TL from Nomura holdings project and after pinging her third time she replied saying -“you are tagged on bench. You would have got bench wbse on email. Please use that.” And after the conversation I connected with TL from that project with whom I was in contact, so she said now we don’t have vacancy for your role as per vendor. You please keep yourself open for other projects.

Since 17th oct I was on bench and going through all the selection process of this “Nomura holdings “ project and now they are saying we don’t have vacancy even tho I got selected in interview and all processes. And when I was getting interview calls for other projects they told me to tell them that I’m already locked to Nomura. I have to raise concern regarding this. Please help me whom can I connect with?
