Trending @Accenture; PLEASE NEED URGENT HELP!!๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ˜“

Please help me as I am very mentally disturbed for 4 days and feel helpless. I was on the bench for 4 weeks and I was going to join a project too but suddenly without telling me another project took me directly into their project without taking any interview and giving any prior idea (I was not known the name of that project). I don't want to work in that project.Is there any HR who can guide me whether what happened to me is right and can I do anything against it.

If merely locking you in a project is making you mentally disturbed then you are surely not meant to do big things. You have no clue what mental pressure really is.

Reach out to your du lead and state your problem. And if the project still doesn't release. Don't do any work for them.

Thatโ€™s a very stupid advice and easiest way to lose your job. Follow the hierarchy, never reach out to the management directly.

You are a fresher? For freshers if they didn't respond for first two project offer, it might be via Call, Teams, Outlook. They will be hard locked to third project directly. And for C12 it will be 18 months to get released and for C11 it will be 12 months, HR can help if you have any genuine reason and already have a offer from other project.

Hi, same problem with me. 2 projects wants to lock me at same time. What you have to do is go to workday, find your current project (that you donโ€™t want to work) supervisor and HR partner email and send them email that they have locked you without any interview and you donโ€™t want to work in that project. Request them to release you. They may threaten you that will put refusal tag on you but you donโ€™t need to worry about it as you have other project which wants to lock you. Check with the other project if they will lock you before sending this email. This will work 100%

I too faced the smiler problem. Some projects hardlock us without any information. You just tell that not interested to join. And stick with your decision. They will say they can't release you. Don't believe them. You drop a mail to them that you're not interested and you're going to join another project. They can't do anything. Just drop a mail.

Are you a fresher?? If yes then... I don't think you have any such Options..
Still you want to raise then .. visit rewards portal to find who's your people lead... Ping to same and mention about mental health thing... You may succeed...

Please reply to the mail that no discussion was done with you. Keep data Ops team and your leads in CC. Ask PM of project of your interest to send a mail for hard lock
