I am working as a Workday consultant,I have total 5 yrs experience out of which 2 years in Workday Currently 5.5 lpa fixed 1.16 vp and I m being underpaid. How much can I get or deserve if i switch in general??

On average it's "yrs of exp" x 3-4 , based on current inflation. So u should get around 15
