Trending @Accenture; Please Help Me in ATCI
Completed my MBA (2021-23) from a new (aka tier 2) IIM got a Pre Placement Offer from ATCI, I wasn’t allowed to sit for placements in other companies.
Joined ATCI as a business analyst (L10), but even after multiple requests they did not gave any location out of my 3 preferences (asked for it pre joining). The salary is really low(barely entering 2 digits in LPA) , the work feels like I have not learned anything.
As coming from a functional background, I don’t know coding.
Not getting any calls, I really want to improve myself. What all shall i do ?? Can someone help…
If there is anyway to switch to Strategy and Consulting ? Or some better career path, need a roadmap for sure..
Hi Bro same situation, MBA from tier 2, I know you are also getting 11fix like us the 2024 batch. I got pune location which wasn't in my preference list. Although I got BA role but I'm telling you learn BI, Sql, as soon as possible I'm also trying to do that.
Only thing which can help is Exit
I was in this situation in 2019 have some patience it takes time ti put you in the right project . Utilize the time to learn skills like PM Scrummaster etc and get certified. About the location i got mine changed by saying i am getting married and need to shift so have a good excuse ready and keep dropping emails about this if noone listens you can escalate as well. I had started to request my location before the joining and had sent multiple emails to HR. During my induction we had all the leadership come in and I spoke to the leadership and explained my request is not being entertained. By evening my location alwas shifted and hotel was booked.
Cant promise it will work out but at accenture you need to be persistent and patient and talk to the right people . Good luck
Switch to Business analyst or product manager role or any scrum roles, one in my team joined from iim gaya at l10 got BA role .
