I received a 5% hike in June 2025. After May 2025, my previous project ramped down, so I moved to a new project in June. I worked there for only two months (June-July) and requested a roll-off because it wasn't the right fit for me. In August 2025, I joined another project where I'm currently working.
However, when my ABCD was filled, it was done by the people lead of the June-July project. Before that, I was in a stable project for 8 months. The June-July project gave negative feedback, and based on that I was put on a PIP in September-November 2025. My current project (since August) confirmed that they never submitted any feedback for me; the PIP was entirely based on the previous project's inputs.
Now, in the November cycle, I received zero variable pay, and my current project has told me the PIP outcome stands. I'm worried about what might happen next. Can anyone guide me on whether HR might ask me to exit or what I should expect?
I am level 11 in Accenture.

Once you been put into PIP, you won't be eligible for hike and promotion for next 1 year, now talking about your PIP status, make sure whatever you work is being highlighted well enough to your PL,manager and leadership. If that's not the case, it all about your billing status. If you are being tagged to a billable project, you will be saved no matter what and if that's not the case, then yes anything is possible including layoff.
So try to get know your reality and then start preparing, better look for outside opportunities as that is better than all the options over here

Brother as I said I'm in a client billable project for more than 4 months and in this project I am doing good as per my leads and senior manager of this client project, they said they want me in the project but they also said nothing can be confirmed before HR reaches them or me , so I want to ask they are confident they want me in the project but I want to ask once HR reaches to me will the HR directly ask me for submitting exit or will HR reaches to leads of this project in which I currently am for 4 months with 100% chargeability

It's simple. I received a hike in June 2025 that is 5 percent from a project performance from 2024 November till May 2025 , and in June and July 2025 was in a different project from which I asked to roll off and they gave fake negative feedback to HR and now from August 2025 i am in a different project which is till December 2026 and I'm 100 percent billable in this and my current project leads and senior manager of this project told me they want me in this project on call they said this and now they confirmed that I will get pip from that june july project, so I'm afraid that what might can happen, the plus point is that senior manager said one to one on call to me that they won't let anything like exit and all to Happen but it's all politics so can u tell me what might happen and i got zero variable in November, please guide
