Trending @Accenture; Please help me choose
I have 6.3 YOE as an SAP MM Functional Consultant and currently holding following offers -
- Sopra Steria - 17 LPA (No VP)
- Infosys - 18 LPA (15% VP)
- LTIMindtree - 18.2 LPA (10% VP)
If you have any experience with these companies, please help me decide.
Infosys for job security, sopra steria being not that big company may/may not have bench policy so you will always under pressure to fine projects
Thanks. But Infosys HR has been do damn unresponsive to change my joining date. I am mailing them from past 10 days. No response. They have given a joining date much before my LWD even without consulting me. And yes, Sopra Steria being a small company may be a minor risk. I am so confused.
I have 3 years of experience in SAP MM , looking to switch but want preferably noida location.... Could you help me with some suggestions
