I have 4+ years of experience and I'm currently working at Level 10 in Accenture. I joined a little over 5 months ago, but I’ve been facing serious challenges with work-life balance, often working 17+ hours a day. This is prompting me to explore new opportunities where I can maintain a healthier balance.

My current fixed compensation is 8.6 LPA. Considering my experience, current role, and compensation, what would be a reasonable salary expectation to quote when applying to other companies?
