Trending @Accenture; Planning to switch

Hey all I joined Accenture back in June 2024 hoping it will be better after 3.5 YOE in TCS. Turns out, Roche project is a sure nightmare if not complete hell (for now...but soon to be with ongoing deliverables)

I have started preparing for interviews again and hoping if by good chance I switch before 15th December 2024 - that's when my probation ends. Can someone please help me with the following 2 questions :

  1. What's the notice period to serve on Probation?
  2. I have acquired some certifications on the fly in last 2 months. None of them were given by project but I enrolled myself as part of ongoing certification opportunites by different units like google etc. My project didn't paid shit. So is it going to be a problem or anything if i happen to resign - means will the HR bring this up or so?

Thanks a lot for giving your time. My switching reasons aren't all because of project but financial constraints due to an ill younger sibling as well. So overall, I need to.

Notice period during probation is usually 1 month, but check with HR. Self-funded certifications won't be an issue. Focus on securing a new job for financial stability.

Thanks a lot. Doing best to swtich. I am from data engineering background. The certifications I acquired are part of Cloud Elevate and other running programs. I will definitely check with the HR on this.
