Trending @Accenture; Planning to resign after hike

Hi everyone,

I am planning to resign on 1st Dec after getting hike. I am a professional with 4 years of experience. My current CTC is 4.5 LPA. My skills set include data factory, power bi , power automate, power apps, python , SQL, agentic AI I am learning.

I feel my salary should be around 12 lpa at this experience and with such a skill set. I have worked upon all of this. Still expanding my horizon.

I discussed with my lead, supervisor asking to revise it to 8 lpa but do not think they will do

Please guide if I am doing wrong

Please switch man, just for Power BI alone my friend earns 7LPA (just started). You deserve more, all the best.

After 4 years of experience your package needs to be at least 12. I know some friends working only on power bi alone and earning 15-16 in 4 YOE. Please resign and explore , in short go on offer shopping.
