Today i was put in to PIP by saying performance is not up to the mark. They shared the PIP plan with me in which all things are related to daily to daily task which we usually do. Is there any chances of clearing the PiP and what will be the consequences if i fail to do so. Pip wnd date will he my last working day in Accenture?

As part of which cycle they have put in pip?

If the tasks are aligned to your day 2 day ones just complete them as you do normally you would soon be marked successfully completed for PIP plan closure.
