Anyone survived in pip? I would like to know whats the process if we are put in pip... and also is it hard or easy to clear pip.

Since i received 0% bonus.. i checked with manager... he told im on pip.but i didng get any call from hr .. regarding pip.

in PIP, your lead will assign some tasks, which you need to complete. based on his feedback PIP will be closed or a person will be asked to resign.

So it all depends on your current lead.

Im on bench.. will my bench lead assign tasks.. and supports me.. or previous lead ans hr will assign tasks.my previous lead only gave me negative feedback and sent me to pip.im on bemch from last 4 months.. confused what will happen.
