Trending @Accenture; PIP started yesterday

Hi folks,

I was put in PiP saying that i need to improve myself in behavioural and non technical stuff such as completing mandatory trainings, filling timesheets on time, etc

Now that the pip has started My manager is giving me alot of technical tasks to work on She wants me implement AI solution for an existing product in week 1 Has asked me to achieve minimum P3 on 3 different trainings Is giving me case studies to complete within 1 week.

What am i supposed to do?

Add on:

I have raised my concerns on achieving minimum P3 on the first go for 3 different certifications. And she is saying that she wants me to take an honest attempt towards it and she will support me if i do so.

Make sure you complete all given task any partial task will result in PIP failure

Realistically how can you give one attempt in 3 exams and get P3 in all 3

Managers are cheap af😂… they will eat you bonus , they will eat your billings they will eat everything. its not only in service based cmpny , i have seen in big product based company as well . They favour their regional employees and many more… most of the managers who stayed 10-15yrs in one company… trust me they are just the creepy ones.
